I am so grateful to Hotel Peter & Paul for hosting an evening with Room for Reading and DJ Kuti so immaculately captured by friend, day one supporter and photographer Tiffany Smith. For three hours guests enjoyed a selection of magazines from the collection while they imbibed on beverages from the hotel’s Elysian Bar. Kuti pulled from her vinyl collection and provided a female-powered soundtrack plus a sweet storytelling moment honoring her grandmothers. Thank you to everyone who was in attendance. Seeing folks nose deep in magazines or having quiet conversations solidified why I am 100% committed to this project. We all desire and deserve more spaces for leisure, knowledge sharing, and inspiration.
